Technical skills include underwriting, financial management, loan packaging, business plan reviews and cash flow analysis.

Alek is also a professor at the International Culinary Center, where he has taught Culinary Entrepreneurship for over 8 years. Previously, Alek worked in the aviation industry as airport operations supervisor at Orange County Airport.
